1. Data controller

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

2. Courier registration

When you submit the registration form, we process: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, city, vehicle type, date of birth (if provided) and the content of your note.

Purpose: assessing your application to join the courier network, contacting you and facilitating cooperation with restaurants. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract.

Retention: for the duration of the assessment and the cooperation, no longer than 3 years from the last communication. After this period the data is deleted or anonymised.

3. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we process: name, e-mail, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.

Purpose: handling your enquiry and related communication. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in handling enquiries.

Retention: no longer than 2 years after the enquiry is resolved.

4. Cookies and analytics

With your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time via "Cookie settings" in the Site footer.

5. Server logs

When you visit the Site, the server automatically records your IP address, browser type, access time and the URL visited. Purpose: security and operational stability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest. Retention: no longer than 12 months.

6. Recipients of data

We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary to the following categories of recipients: our web hosting and server infrastructure provider; restaurants in the EasyDelivery network (courier data to the extent needed to establish cooperation); Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics — only with consent); Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (ad measurement — only with consent).

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Transfers to third countries

When using Google and Meta services, data may be transferred to the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision — the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, of which both companies are certified participants.

8. Automated decision-making

No automated individual decision-making or profiling with legal effects within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

9. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure of data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

10. Exercising your rights and contact

You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@easytrade.sk or in writing at the Operator's registered office. We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
